Winchmore Hill Police have reported that for the second time in seven days an elderly man has been tricked into thinking he was about to receive a parking fine at Lodge Drive car park. The victim was robbed of several thousand pounds.

Council announces positive measures to reduce youth crime

Enfield Council has unveiled a £100,000 package of measures designed to tackle a big increase in the level of youth violence in the borough in recent months.
