Palmers Green Art Group started 12 years ago to help a group of amateur artists nurture and develop their artistic skills in an informal and friendly environment. The group has changed over the years as different people have come and gone. Originally focused on watercolour, members now work in a variety of painting and drawing media, reflecting a diversity of individual styles and preferences. We do not offer formal tuition but enjoy an atmosphere of creativity, encouragement and support from.......

Right on time for Enfield's bid to become the first London Borough of Culture, a new orchestra will be holding its first rehearsal this week. We are an orchestra based in the London Borough of Enfield, open to all amateur musicians old and new.  If you have ever played an orchestral instrument and wish you could pick it up again we are the group for you. Next week at the Bernie Grant Centre composer and musician Juwon Ogungbe presents Ignatius Inspires - two nights of music and dance celebrating the extraordinary life and work of Ignatius Sancho (1729-1780).
