A newly opened business located at 450 Green Lanes means that we now have specialist fishmongers shops at both the northern and southern ends of Palmers Green.
Mat Fresh Fish 3 is, as the name suggests, the third in a small chain of wet fish shops, the first two being in Hendon and Edgware.
The fishmongers at the southern extremity of Palmers Green is the long established Green Lanes Fisheries, at 24 Green Lanes N13 6HT, to the south of the North Circular Road.
Mat Fresh Fish will be opening seven days a week, from 9am to 8pm. Green Lanes Fisheries is also open every day, from 8am. According to its entry in the All In London directory, it closes at 6.30pm, but in practice I think you'll find its closing time is much earlier in the day.
