The March 2021 issue of Enfield Dispatch features photographs taken in the Dugdale Centre in Enfield Town, which has been converted into a Covid vaccination centre. The photographer is Katrina Campbell, who at the end of 2020 published a book of photographs of people on their doorsteps, taken during the first lockdown - When We All Stayed at Home. Katrina was allowed to photograph and talk to some of the people involved in the huge vaccination effort. In a single photo on the paper's front page she captures the whole story of the reassignment of this key building.
As always, you can download the latest Dispatch as a PDF or you can pick up the paper from one of the distribution points, which include one outside the Ruth Winston Centre in Green Lanes. Best of all, you can become a member and have it delivered, while supporting independent journalism.
