The London Assembly Elections Review Working Group, made up of four assembly members from different parties, is inviting London residents to fill in an online survey about their experiences with voting (or not voting) at the GLA elections in May. The text below is taken from the introductory page of the survey.

No deadline is given.

Mayor of London and London Assembly Elections Survey 2024

The Greater London Authority (GLA) Elections, comprising of the Mayor of London and London Assembly elections, took place on 2 May 2024.

The London Assembly's Elections Review Working Group is made up of four Assembly Members from across the political spectrum, who together will gather evidence and will make recommendations on how to improve future elections for voters.

Hearing from Londoners is a key part of this work, so we have launched this survey to allow people to share their views and experiences. The survey is open to anyone who would like to take part, regardless of whether or not you voted.

The Working Group is not seeking to explore whether the results of the elections were the 'right' ones - as these decisions were made by voters on 2 May. Instead, the questions focus on experiences of the elections.

The findings will be used to inform the Working Group's investigation. Responses may be used to form part of a report or output. In the vast majority of circumstances, we will publish the responses we receive as part of the investigation on our website, so please do not include information you would not want to be published. Exceptions to publication are generally for legal or safeguarding reasons, or where evidence is not in scope of the investigation.

While we admire and support the Christmas campaigns that we see pop up in December, we also know that help is urgently needed all year round, each and every year. As some people pack away after the festive break, we are still here.

Our support is not limited to a food package, but it leaps beyond - we form connections, we listen and respond to everyone who steps through our doors. We open up a warm, safe, environment which aims to feel like a home away from home.

For us to continue to thrive and grow, and keep supporting as many people as possible, we are asking you to become a Friend of Cooking Champions. Even a donation of just £5-10 per month can make a HUGE impact on the lives of those who come through our doors.

Pop to our People's Fundraising page to donate, and we promise to keep you updated with how your support is making a difference. Thank you, we appreciate you! Team Cooking Champions
