Good -the parks, Baskervilles, Waitrose. That’s it.

Less good – too many cheap shops, bad pubs, no butchers, grocers, fish shop, book shop etc.
Question 3. What would you like to see to improve the area?
Improve – better high street with more interesting shops. Renovate big house in Broomfield.

Traffic- yes too fast on residential roads – so block or special bumps
