Mark Hawkins-Dady from Better Streets for Enfield invites you to join a community walk and talk through two local parks, including a lunch stop at a park cafe that was recently relaunched.
There are still a few tickets left for the autumn ‘Walk and Talk’, on Sunday 13 October.
Hosted by volunteers from Better Streets for Enfield, this relaxed social stroll (3.5 miles/2 hours + lunch) will offer participants a chance to share with others what they enjoy about walking in Enfield – and what they think could be improved to make everyday walking safer and more pleasant.
The meeting point is outside Southgate tube station, and the circular route, embracing Grovelands and Oaklands parks, will stop at Oaklands Park café & cycling hub, where light refreshments will be provided.
Tickets are free - but numbers are limited! For full information, and to sign up, click on the link below.
