The North Central London Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) are asking people living in Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey and Islington (North Central London) to share their views on the prospect of Coronavirus vaccinations being made available.
You can share your views by completing an online survey. The closing date for responses is 24th December 2020.
The survey asks whether you would be vaccinated, what venues would be acceptable (GP surgery, pharmacy, library etc), how far you would be prepared to travel, and other questions.
