Richard at Bowes & Bounds Connected has details of a new social enterprise further down Green Lanes, at 350 High Road Wood Green. Bikes for Good Causes sells properly refurbished bikes and employs young people with learning difficulties, providing safe and controlled conditions where they can develop skills and confidence needed to find jobs with mainstream employers. The young people are also employed in cafe at the back of the shop. Read more details here .
