Good afternoon PG!
I've recently moved into PG wth my family and like the 'hood very much.
We attended the Blues Festival in Broomfield Park over the summer which was superb. I am a jazz fan too and our 22-year-old son in an up and coming jazz pianist, Sultan Stevenson.
Is there a jazz aficionado group in PG?
Let us know.
Regards, John

Welcome to PG Community, John.
A good question - hopefully, there is such a group and someone will let us know about it.
In the meantime, if you don't know about it already, just down the road in Wood Green there is modern jazz every Thursday and occasionally on other days. It's at a place that used to be called Karamel, but is now confusingly referred to sometimes as MAAD and at other times as McQueens Theatre.
The address is 4 Coburg Road N22 6UJ and you can find out about acts at https://www.musicglue.com/karamel/. The venue also runs weekend events for kids of all ages - see https://collage-arts.org/voices/ and https://collage-arts.org/events/
It's ten minutes walk from Alexandra Palace station.

Thanks v much. I have been to MADD (fka The Karamel) and there is really good jazz on offer. My son has performed there several times too.
Thanks for all of your welcomes. It means a lot!
