Hey everyone, new to the website. I have lived in Southgate for the best part of 20 years and now reside in Palmers Green (and have done since 2010).
I am a tax consultant working in London Liverpool Street but have my own firm which i run from home. www.broadwaytax.co.uk. I specialise in Self-employed individuals and happy to assist those that require it.
Anyway, the main reason for the post is that I like the thought of getting into woodwork and furniture making as a hobby and wanted to know if anyone runs a woodwork shop or course or if anyone has a small woodwork shop that I can perhaps pop along for a few hours a week to learn. Working in front of 2 screens and a keyboard for over 12 years takes it toll and I would like to start a hobby that I can hope to progress to a good/advanced standard.
Look forward to hopefully hearing from some of you with some advice and ideas.
Cheers
