For over two years now Fox Lane bridge has been plagued by an overnight food dumper, usually weekly, sometimes twice weekly. Bad on pretty much every dimension and sucking up not inconsiderable council resource to boot.

This could be the equivalent of the Japanese soldier trapped in the jungle and still fighting WW2 decades years on, in this case protesting LTN’s, or perhaps a mental health problem. Either way they clearly need help.  

It’s SAS worthy not to have been spotted over such a long period but if anyone does have any information, do think about coming forward – to a PG councilor, DM myself via PGC or the council waste team direct.
