Thanks for this response – albeit, disappointing news. Based on my experience of asking receiving information from Network Rail (or, e.g., local councils), I think your reading is probably right. They are unlikely to say, simply, we've ditched it.

enfield climate community group

The Enfield Climate Community Group is an affiliate of the recently launched Enfield Climate Action Forum (EnCAF) intended to bring together individuals who believe we face a climate change crisis and wish to do something about it at an indiividual level (as opposed to EnCAF, which brings together organisations and groups).

Nia Stevens, who set up the group, hopes to organise the first meeting later this month. If you're interested in joining, you can contact her at nia.e.stevens@gmail.com.

Welcome! If you would like to find out more about the various ways each of us can take steps to reduce your carbon footprint you've come to the right place.

The Enfield Climate Action Forum is open to all groups and associations concerned with the way that climate change affects our Borough and communities. This is the crisis of our time and one not faced by humankind before. So we hope you join us and help to make a difference in our Borough.

More than 70 people attended the EnCAF launch event at the Dugdale Centre. Some of those there came from the 50 plus organisations supporting us and others were individuals wanting to make a difference at a time of climate emergency.

In addition to the Community Group, EnCAF is setting up a business sub-group.
