Forum topic: Palmers Green Shopping Carnival, What's on and What's not on

Now representing an amalgam of three festivals / fetes, to include two significant central music stages, an unknown number of visiting spending-bikers, Triangle based stalls and a bouncy castle on top of the previous years shopping-festival attractions, this has the makings of being a step forward for the town centre. Now I just am left to wonder whether the bulk of the traders will join in to make it what it actually says on the tin.
Maybe there are ideas out there of what they could do to contribute to the day which is different to their normal routine.
