The police have issued a statement and appeal for information (see below) after a teenage boy was found in Green Lanes, Palmers Green, with stab wounds on Monday afternoon. London Ambulance Service sent a helicopter, which landed in Broomfield Park. The victim's condition was assessed as not life threatening or life changing.

After arriving at the scene the police taped off the entrance to the alley between the Perandori Cafe and Jojo & Flo hairdressers business in Green Lanes.

A reporter for the Parikiaki newspaper, which serves the Cypriot community in the UK, posted a video to X/Twitter from the scene.

Detectives are appealing for information after a teenager was stabbed in Palmers Green.

At about 2.23pm on Monday (9th), police were called to reports of a stabbing in Green Lanes and attended alongside London Ambulance Service (LAS). London’s Air Ambulance also attended after landing in nearby Broomfield Park.

A male – in his teens – was found at the scene suffering stab wound injuries. He was taken to hospital by LAS where his condition was assessed as not life threatening or life changing.

No arrests have been made at this early stage and enquiries into the circumstances are ongoing.
