Enfield Council and the Metropolitan Police Service in the borough have joined the OWL Online Watch Link scheme. OWL is used in conjunction with local neighbourhood watch coordinators and, according to its website, has a proven track record in finding suspects, bringing offenders to justice and finding missing people.
OWL uses your postcode to find watch schemes already running in your area. It's completely free to join and makes it easy to joing local watches. You'll then start receiving email alerts relevant to your location. You can also submit questions to local coordinators via the website.
If you have CCTV or a video doorbell, you can join local CCTV watches so that the police can use any evidence they provide.
