Enfield Libraries are launching the 2016 Summer Reading Challenge - The Big Friendly Read - on the green outside Enfield Town Library on Saturday 16th July. And they are still looking for volunteer Summer Reading Ambassadors.
The launch event is completely free and will feature local authors reading, performing and signing their books.
The Ambassador roles will be a great opportunity for people who would like to go into teaching or other types of work with children. To find out more, see our earlier article, which has now been updated with additional details.
