Get fit for a fiver this autumn!

An 8-week low-cost fitness programme starting next week will help people get through the stressful times that we are experiencing. The outdoor sessions will not just be inexpensive (only £5 for 45 minutes), but are designed to suit people of all ages and fitness levels and fit into people's busy schedules - the classes will be held four days a week at various times of day.
