Commuting links to the City and connections (via Finsbury Park) to West End.
Parks and its sports infrastructure (tennis and basketball courts, football grounds)
Proximity to North Circular Road
Variety of shops
Good schools (St Monica’s RC, St Anne’s, PG Girls’ School)
Question 2. What do you think is less good about the area?
Excessive amount of charity and discount shops on the high street
Excessive proportion of DSS inhabitants due to social housing availability
Lack of visible police patrolling especially in evenings and overnight
Selective parking restrictions (some streets have parking permits, some don’t- try parking if you live on the street that doesn’t!)
Question 3. What would you like to see to improve the area?
Quality of shops and dining areas (although appreciate this is local demand driven)
More police visibility
Uniform parking restrictions
Question 4g. Specific aspects – the Triangle public space
The Xmas tree over there is lovely. Otherwise not sure what the purpose of the triangle is. Have the toilets there ever been open?
