A series of ten sessions covering a range of different everyday cookery skills is being offered for free at the Ruth Winston Centre. The lessons are being funded by Keep Warm Keep Safe money provided by Enfield Council. The teachers will be chefs from Southgate College.

- Alternative Cooking For Allergy Suffers
- Healthy Diets
- Cooking With Offal
- Homemade Soups & Breads
- Puddings - YUMMY
- Slow Cooking
Sessions held on Wednesdays, Fridays & Saturdays
2.00pm – 3.30pm in the RWC Kitchen
Starts Wed 11th February until Wed 25th March 2015
There are only eight places available and it is essential to book in advance. Just sign up for the sessions that interest you, someone else will be able to go to the others.
