Notice is hereby given that Friends of Broomfield Park has applied to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Enfield for a Premises Licence to permit: plays, films, live music, recorded music, performance of dance, performance of other similar activities and the supply of alcohol at events in Broomfield Park situated between Broomfield Lane N13 4HE and Aldermans Hill N13 4PL.
The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting https://new.enfield.gov.uk/services/business-and-licensing and following the link to the Licensing Register. Email to request a copy of the application within 28 days from the date of this notice.
Any person wishing to submit relevant representations concerning this application must give notice by emailing , giving in detail the grounds of the representation no later than: 8/07/2021.
Representations received by post will not be accepted during the Covid-19 emergency period.
The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that his identity remains anonymous. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Authorities Sub Committee and will therefore pass into the public domain.
Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence. A person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale.
