enfield philosophy cafeDiscover the exciting world of philosophy over a cake and a coffee, or a light meal and a glass of wine, with author and former philosophy lecturer Alan Murray, who will be opening up the Enfield Philosophy Café for the first time on 9th February at the Dugdale Centre.

The Philosophy Café will be open every other Friday between 2pm and 4pm.  Each session will begin with a short talk by Alan on some of the key ideas in philosophy, followed by a lively and fun group discussion on how these ideas relate to contemporary issues.

No preparation is required and you don’t need to have studied philosophy. All you need is an openness to new ideas and a readiness to have your mind blown.
