Chickenshed is inviting people over 50 to take part in six workshops that explore the "space between" their generation and young people.

Are you a baby boomer? From the original protest generation? Did you survive the sixties to tell a tale?
The Space Between Us is a brand new creative initiative that will bring together a group of participants and collaborators all over the age of 50 with a group of young people to share and celebrate their differences, commonalities and all the space in between.
Starting with a series of 6 informal workshops, the space between us project will evolve using drama, storytelling, song, music and script-writing culminating in a performance piece in 2018. Rachel Yates, one of our Creative Producers and the team will be leading the process, making sure everyone is valued and every voice is heard. There will be no pressure to perform in the show itself but all input will be precious.
