You may have noticed that the Sponsored by Winkworth logos have gone from PGC. At the time the website was set up Nick Charalambous of Winkworth Palmers Green provided a generous amount of money to get us off the ground. We've now spent all the money, and costs are now low enough to carry on without sponsorship.
We're extremely grateful to Nick for his help and for not interfering in any way with the way the website is run. It's also worth pointing out that Winkworth Palmers Green has been the main sponsor for the last four Palmers Green Festivals - so a big Thank You to Nick on behalf of the website and everyone who's enjoyed the Festivals.
As regards the changes to the look of the website (the mobile site isn't affected), they've been made to provide some "futureproofing" in order to ready the website for a modernised version of the discussion forum. Because the structure of the website is fairly complex, moving to the new template has been quite a demanding task and there may well be some unintended knock-on consequences. So if you notice anything not quite right or have difficulties with legibility or accessibility, please drop a line to webmaster@.
