Get running with Couch to 5K
A fun and supportive 8-week course for total beginners and anyone returning to running. Gradually build up your running ability and fitness, with the goal of completing a 5km parkrun in March.
You will be guided on your journey by our England Athletics-qualified run leaders, with support and cheerleading provided by our encouraging members.
Twice-weekly sessions
- Saturday mornings at 10am in Grovelands Park, and
- Tuesday evenings at 7pm from Hazelwood Sports Club, Winchmore Hill.
STARTS: Saturday 4th January at 10am

£35 (but reimbursed if you go on to join ERC). Limited to 12 places.
