On the Bowes & Bounds Connected website Donald Smith has posted information about changes to the last collection times for post in North London. The changes take effect on 15th February and apparently apply only to collections from pillar boxes, rather than post offices.

- Current last collection: 12:00
- Last collection wef 15/2/2016: 10:30
Since Royal Mail is now privatised and no longer an inefficient public body, this is clearly a case of the Market deciding, and as we all know, the Market is never wrong.
