What is Safe and Connected?

Safe and Connected is a careline 24/7 emergency monitoring and response service supporting anyone 18 and over who may feel vulnerable, have a disability, or a long term health condition.

How it works

Step 1

After a personalised consultation, we'll provide you with with an easy to use alarm unit and choice of a lightweight pendant or wristband.

We include any other sensors required to meet your health needs.

Step 2

When activated, your unit sends an alarm call to a Safe and Connected Telecare Advisor.

Our system works via your telephone line, or we can provide a sim enabled device at no extra cost.

Step 3

In an emergency, a Safe and Connected Response Officer or a nominated contact will attend your home to help.

We aim to respond to emergencies within 45 minutes if not sooner.
