A message from Healthwatch Enfield.
At Healthwatch Enfield, some local people have been telling us that they have found it more difficult recently to get in contact with friends or relatives on in-patient hospital wards. COVID-19 guidelines are still in place in hospitals, which limit who can visit a relative in hospital, and how long they can stay for.
To find out how people have been affected, we are running a short survey. We want to hear from people who have an experience of keeping in touch with friends or relatives on in-patient hospital wards over the last few months. Whether their experience is good or bad, we would like to know. This will help us feed back to the NHS, to improve the experience for friends and relatives of patients in the future.
