For our first offering, our journey begins at home with 'A Date with an Enfield', animated by Adam Butcher as one of Talkies' short film commissions in 2016. The story is a personal poem set in Bounds Green featuring a mythical creature. It is full of whimsy and told with lots of paper and felt-tip pens. Intrigued? Take a few minutes to see what we mean.

"Enfields" aren't the only weird creatures in our neck of the woods. I spotted this fearsome monster in a lily pond in a front garden somewhere in the PG/Southgate borderlands. Anyone know what it's called?
