Donate your old or unused bike to a charity that helps refugees and asylum seekers get around

Do you have an old or unused bike that could be refurbished and given another life? If so, the Bike Project would love to have it! Please take it along to their donation point between 27th February and 1st March.

The Bike Project is a charity that supports refugees and asylum seekers by providing them with a refurbished bike. To find out more, see thebikeproject.co.uk.

They're setting up a collection point at a church not far from Turnpike Lane station that will be open to accept donations between 27th February and 1st March.

All sizes and types of bikes will be accepted! Children’s bikes are especially appreciated.

If you are intending to donate a bike or bikes, please ensure you register by going online at thebikeproject.co.uk/donate-bike.

Your old bikes should be in a reasonable condition for easy and quick refurbishment.
