Talk by Penny Halliday, Director of Meridian Water for Enfield Council

Meridian Water is a £6bn, 25-year major London regeneration programme, covering an 82-hectare site in Edmonton, which will create 10,000 mixed-tenure homes and 6,000 high quality new jobs along with the provision of new community facilities (transport links, parks, schools, community health and leisure) commercial uses and meanwhile uses all under the umbrella of long term sustainability and social value principles.
