SMP Theatre presents The Meaning of Christmas

Saturday 7 December and Sunday 8 December 1.30pm, 3.00pm, 4.30pm, 6.00pm

Bury Lodge Gardens, Bury Street West, N9 9LA

Join us at Bury Lodge Park as we embark on a festive family adventure to help Santa rediscover the 'Meaning of Christmas'.

Travelling through the park’s gardens, we'll meet Mrs Claus, Rudolph, Frosty, the Sugar Plum Fairy, the Nutcracker, and all their festive friends, sing along to Christmas classics, and solve clues that will lead to our final answer.

This heartwarming 1-hour show is suitable for ages 4 and up, promising a unique experience for everyone. Immerse yourself in our unique interactive format as you journey through multiple festive scenes guided by Santa's helpers.

As you sing along to Christmas classics, laugh at festive jokes, and marvel at the merry dancers, you'll become part of the story too, solving clues alongside beloved Christmas characters to uncover the true meaning of Christmas.

Dress warmly and bring umbrellas – there will be some shelter, but this is an outdoor event embracing the December weather! But don't fear, you will be able to warm up with hot drinks, mulled wine, and mince pies available from our refreshment tent.

Shows run on December 7th & 8th, 2024 at 1:30pm, 3pm, 4:30pm, and 6pm at Bury Lodge Park, Bury Street West, London, N9 9LA.

Don't miss this unforgettable holiday experience that will delight both young and old!

While we admire and support the Christmas campaigns that we see pop up in December, we also know that help is urgently needed all year round, each and every year. As some people pack away after the festive break, we are still here.

Our support is not limited to a food package, but it leaps beyond - we form connections, we listen and respond to everyone who steps through our doors. We open up a warm, safe, environment which aims to feel like a home away from home.

For us to continue to thrive and grow, and keep supporting as many people as possible, we are asking you to become a Friend of Cooking Champions. Even a donation of just £5-10 per month can make a HUGE impact on the lives of those who come through our doors.

Pop to our People's Fundraising page to donate, and we promise to keep you updated with how your support is making a difference. Thank you, we appreciate you! Team Cooking Champions
