Kids Cakes & Crafts: Half term teen sewing lessons for beginners and improvers Age 11+

Monday 28 October 10.30am - 12.30pm

Firs Farm Community Hub, Firs Lane N21 2PJ

Join textiles/ handcraft teacher, Anna Araujo for our teen half term sewing class! During this session you will be taken through how to use a sewing machine, planning your sewing project, cutting, seams, turning out and finishing and for those who progress quickly some embellishment techniques.

This is a brilliant introduction for children looking to get started using a sewing machine or for those wishing to gain confidence. This course is strictly for children age 11-18 years only (due to insurance and safety reasons regarding the use of sewing machines children under this age cannot attend).

All materials are provided along with delicious homemade cupcakes or brownies

This is a drop-off session and all our teachers are DBS checked.

Suitable only for: 11 - 18 year olds

Spaces available: 5 maximum

Date: Monday 28th Octobr 10:30am-12:30pm

Duration: 2 hrs

Location: Firs Farm Community Hub, Firs Farm Playing Fields, Firs Lane N21 2PJ

Price: £25 (10% discount if you book 2 or more spaces on this class)
