Feel nervous or anxious around numbers?

Whether it’s tips and tricks to manage household finances, advice on how to help children with numbers or boosting your skills for work, you're not alone.

Thousands of Londoners are getting help to improve their confidence and skills with numbers on the London Multiply programme.

Drop in on the London Multiply Roadshow at Edmonton Green shopping centre on Friday for some fun and games and to find out how anyone, at any age, can become confident with numbers.

The event is FREE to attend, just drop in between 10,30am and 3.30pm. There will be information on free local courses, including London Multiply.

More than 300 free and flexible courses are running across London, ranging from short courses and workshops to drop-ins.

London Multiply can help you to:

• gain confidence for your next job application or interview
• move to further study, an apprenticeship or employment
• plan and manage household budgets, borrow money safely and calculate benefit
  entitlements
• support your child's learning, using activities like healthy cooking, board games and
  ICT
• take steps towards a numeracy qualification.

Whatever you want support with, there's a course that can work for you.
