Cycling is an activity that can be enjoyed by all, regardless of disability, health condition or age with our fantastic cycles that are adapted to suit varying abilities. We have a range of two wheeled cycles, trikes and specially adapted bikes for you to use.
Everyone is welcome at the All Ability Cycling Hub which runs every Monday from 10am to 3pm all year round at Bush Hill Park. Sessions are drop-in and free of charge and there are a range of two wheeled cycles, trikes and specially adapted bikes for you to use.
If you’re looking to kickstart a healthier lifestyle, have a physical disability or impairment, want to improve your mental health and wellbeing or would just like to cycle with other people in a friendly and safe environment please come along.
There are a number of cycles ready for you to try around the park: trikes, bikes, four-wheeler cycles (two person), front seat tandem cycles (three person), and wheelchair cycles (two person).
If you need help two qualified instructors will be on hand to support you to get the most from the sessions.
Join the All Ability Cycle Hub sessions at Bush Hill Park, Lincoln Road, Enfield, EN1 1PS every Monday from 10am to 3pm all year round.
Over the Summer, sessions will also run on Fridays from 10am to 2pm from 3rd May 2024 through to 27th September 2024.
