Sewing machine confidence boost class

Saturday 22 June 10.30am - 12.00pm

Firs Farm Community Hub, Firs Lane N21 2PJ

Are you keen to gain confidence with using a sewing machine? You may have come to a previous learn to use a sewing machine class and want to work on a next project to increase your skills. Or maybe it has just been a long time since you used a sewing machine.

You can join this workshop with expert seamstress Pat and she will guide you through everything you need to take the next steps in your sewing journey. In the process you will complete a small project to take home. Examples of what you can make on the day are: a tote bag, a fabric book cover, a make-up brush/crochet hook holder.

Create something personal and individual for yourself or as a gift for a loved one with our talented seamstress Pat. If you want to make a book cover please bring along the book you would like to cover on the day. You can bring along your own fabric to use or purchase some online from us. Any fabrics would work for these projects. This is a class for adults who have some sewing machine experience. All sewing equipment apart from fabric provided.

Duration: 1.5 hours

Cost: £45.00
