While we admire and support the Christmas campaigns that we see pop up in December, we also know that help is urgently needed all year round, each and every year. As some people pack away after the festive break, we are still here.

Our support is not limited to a food package, but it leaps beyond - we form connections, we listen and respond to everyone who steps through our doors. We open up a warm, safe, environment which aims to feel like a home away from home.

For us to continue to thrive and grow, and keep supporting as many people as possible, we are asking you to become a Friend of Cooking Champions. Even a donation of just £5-10 per month can make a HUGE impact on the lives of those who come through our doors.

Sustainable Clothes Swap

Bring your pre loved pieces and replenish your wardrobe with some fabulous Pre Loved Gems!

How It Works:

  • Clean Out: Bring up to 10 barely used items in good condition.
  • Check-In: Drop off your items at the check-in table and receive swap tokens.
  • Swap: Use your tokens to "purchase" new-to-you items from the swap selection.
  • Reduce Waste: Keep textiles out of landfills and lower your carbon footprint.
  • Community Spirit: Money raised will provide dignity bags of period products for girls who do not attend school when they menstruate.

Sustainability is at the heart of Distinct Styling, so we are excited to partner with the lovely Anne from Mimi Pia to bring you a spectacular Clothes Swap!

Bring your pre loved pieces and earn credits to purchase some fabulous pre loved gems! I be on hand to show you how you can incorporate these pieces into your current wardrobe and give you some sustainable styling tips. The preloved pieces are in perfect condition, from various designers for less than a quarter of the price!

There will some superb stalls offering their unique services so come along!

Better still, a percentage of our profits will be going to the charity Mimi Pia This Girl Can: Period, a fabulous charity that provides sanitary towels, all hand made from cotton, to girls in Africa. Anne Nicholls, who is the founder of Mimi Pia This Girl Can: Period, will be on hand to tell you about her fabulous charity.

So get your glad rags on and come and join us for an afternoon of style, fun and plenty of laughter x

Asha qualified as a Personal, Fashion and Brand Stylist in 2019 and most recently qualified in Fashion Sustainability. She has been helping men & woman have full confidence in themselves, and their body. Helping her clients to gain a wardrobe that is 100% wearable, sustainable and fully loved. She has worked for London Fashion Week as well as helped Celebrity Stylists. It’s all about creating a wardrobe where you can wear everything in it and also realizing that your style is unique to you!
