Following successful Hubs held by EnCaf and LocalMotion in the last twelve months this Hub will be a follow-up to see how we can turn ideas into action.

By focussing on Meridian Water and beyond we will look at how we can engage the community, councillors and decision-makers around the improvement of housing, employment and green spaces.

What can we do together to make a change that benefits local communities and how can we monitor our success as well as scrutinise the decisions that are made?

  • Tackling inequalities in the provision of green space

We are asking how the community can ensure its voice is being properly heard about how it feels about these issues and that their ideas are being properly considered. We'll be asking does Enfield's new Local Plan address the historic inequalities experienced by many particularly in the east of the borough.
