Photography, wellbeing and creativity workshop

Come and explore how photography can support wellbeing and good mental health and can encourage a mindful approach to art and creativity.
The workshops, on Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th January, will be led by photographer Cliff Docherty as part of the Beyond Colour 2 exhibition at the Arbeit Gallery.

The workshops link up Cliff's twin passions of photography and healthcare - his day job is leading a team of social prescribers in east London. The team encourages patients to get involved in physical and creative pursuits to improve their wellbeing, recovery and resilience.
