St Harmonica's Blues Club: The Blues Chapter + Wolfe Hogan

Friday 26 May 2023 8.30pm

The Southgate Club, 17 Chase Side, N14 5BP (Entrance is in Crown Lane)

202305 blues chapter

Celebrate Dave Thomas's 70th birthday at St Harmonica's on Friday!

The Blues Chapter always fill the venue and never disappoint with their original hot shot brand of Texas influenced driving blues that combines their own style with the best of SRV, Albert Collins, Gary Moore and Joe Bonamassa. They are one of the most exciting bands that you’ll see playing live in British Blues, early arrival is suggested as it often ends up as standing room only for this show.Th

Brothers Jesse Thomas on guitar and Jacob Thomas on keys back frontman Sky Wood while Niol Sweeney and, Lindsay Fraser-Craig provide the finest groove.

The support act is just magnificent. Wolfe Hogan brings his violin and original brand of urban folk/blues to the party.

Support act starts at 8.30pm, followed by two sets from the main act starting around 9.15pm.

Admission is free to card holding St Harmonica’s Blues Club Members (membership costs just £10 for the year) otherwise £10 on the door. The hat is passed around to pay for the musicians.

See you soon,

Dave, Simon, & John

While we admire and support the Christmas campaigns that we see pop up in December, we also know that help is urgently needed all year round, each and every year. As some people pack away after the festive break, we are still here.

Our support is not limited to a food package, but it leaps beyond - we form connections, we listen and respond to everyone who steps through our doors. We open up a warm, safe, environment which aims to feel like a home away from home.

For us to continue to thrive and grow, and keep supporting as many people as possible, we are asking you to become a Friend of Cooking Champions. Even a donation of just £5-10 per month can make a HUGE impact on the lives of those who come through our doors.

Pop to our People's Fundraising page to donate, and we promise to keep you updated with how your support is making a difference. Thank you, we appreciate you! Team Cooking Champions
