Open-air theatre: A Midsummer Night's Dream - the Musical

Saturday 8 July 2023 5.00pm

Broomfield Bowl, Broomfield Park, N13 4PZ

6 workers, putting on a play.
4 people in love.
2 fairies arguing.
One magical night.
The course of true love never did run smooth...

Come and join Boxtree Productions this summer as they take on their most magical story to date. This classic Shakespeare play has been transformed into a musical extravaganza and adapted into modern language, so that it is perfect for the whole family to enjoy.

Young and old alike will enjoy the hilarious comedy characters, mischievous fairies, magical moments and fantastic original songs.  This fast-paced musical comedy will get you singing, laughing and dancing in your seats!  So, pack up your hampers, unroll your picnic blankets, stretch out your legs and join us in the open-air for an experience that your whole family will be talking about for years to come.

A Friends of Broomfield bar will be raising funds for the park selling drinks and snacks.

While we admire and support the Christmas campaigns that we see pop up in December, we also know that help is urgently needed all year round, each and every year. As some people pack away after the festive break, we are still here.

Our support is not limited to a food package, but it leaps beyond - we form connections, we listen and respond to everyone who steps through our doors. We open up a warm, safe, environment which aims to feel like a home away from home.

For us to continue to thrive and grow, and keep supporting as many people as possible, we are asking you to become a Friend of Cooking Champions. Even a donation of just £5-10 per month can make a HUGE impact on the lives of those who come through our doors.

Pop to our People's Fundraising page to donate, and we promise to keep you updated with how your support is making a difference. Thank you, we appreciate you! Team Cooking Champions
