It has been a hugely inspiring time at Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice. Our care team has been on the front-line, supporting some of London’s most unwell babies and children throughout the pandemic. As one mother put it recently, “The Ark is freedom to us”. A heartfelt thank you for helping to enable Noah’s Ark to be there for these children and families.
From 10am this Sunday 22 November to 10pm Monday 23 November, we will be running our ‘Moments That Matter’ campaign. Through this virtual campaign we are trying to raise £1.2 million in 36 hours, the annual cost of Noah’s Ark’s specialist nurse and carer workforce. We’ve never done anything like this before but with so many funding avenues closed, we have to find a way - the loss of the lifeline Noah’s Ark provides for the children and families relying on the charity doesn’t bear thinking about. Thanks to a matching fund pledged by a small number of the charity’s benefactors, every donation on the day will be doubled.
