Following a recent Supreme Court ruling on the wheelchair priority space on buses, Transport for London have released a new guide for drivers and will be hosting several Accessibility Bus Driver Forums, to which users of wheelchairs or mobility scooters are invited. The event on 14th December will be held at Palmers Green Bus Garage (off Green Lanes, just north of the North Circular Road).

The third set of Quieter Neighbourhood proposals relates to the "Fernleigh Road" QN - the entire area bounded by Hoppers Road, Station Road, Green Lanes and Bourne Hill. Hoppers Road does not just form a boundary, but would itself be part of the QN. There would also be measures to reduce traffic in two roads to the north of Station Road.
The consultation is open until 12th November.

Play in a Day - Chickenshed’s Autumn Half Term workshops for children aged 5 – 11 years.
Over the course of an enjoyable day, children will participate in story-making, dancing, drama, singing and play.
The children will work together in the morning to develop creative ideas that will then be developed in the afternoon – ending the day with a sharing of a short performance.
The workshops are on Monday 23 October, Tuesday 24 October and Wednesday 25 October from 10am.......

Enfield Council have developed a draft Intermediate Housing Policy that sets out proposals for the eligibility criteria for Intermediate Housing in Enfield, and the mechanism for prioritising applicants for Intermediate Housing.

New research reveals that every Londoner in the capital lives in an area exceeding World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines for the most dangerous toxic particulates known as PM2.5.
The research, based on the latest updated London Atmospheric Emissions Inventory, also shows that 7.9 million Londoners – nearly 95 per cent of the capital’s population – live in areas of London that exceed the guidelines by 50 per cent or more.
