Demand is at an all-time high
We operate a food bank twice a week. We have never missed a week since April 2020.
Right now demand is at an all-time high. People are not able to afford to feed themselves and their families.
We have had to adapt our service model to ensure we can maximise the number of people we help. Times are tough.

You will need to go through a short referral process.
These are available between 10-11am Tuesday and Thursday at St Matthew's Church, Ponders End EN3 4LA or over the phone.
You will need proof of ID and proof of benefits you are receiving.
If you qualify you will receive four weeks of fresh food as a starting point.

If you are able to help us, it would be much appreciated. Just £5 a month funds four food parcels for an individual.
