Good – the park, shops like waitrose, boots etc. cafes like Baskervilles

Less good – too many betting shops
Too many cheapo £1 shops
Dirty run down post office.
Too many cars in green lanes.
Cars that park in residential roads all day and use station.
Very uneven poor paving stones.
Condition of bridge at end of fox lane.
Too much rubbish, dog excrement

Need new crossing in Aldermans hill – very dangerous crossing in shops without one

Parking – cost OK. Need to encourage people to walk.
Residents only parking like in Winchmore hill.
In roads around station, Grovelands road esp needs 1030 – 1130 am restriction for residents only

Clutter – many road signs old and in poor condition

Look of shops – stop use of pavement for cheap £1 shops, need to go upmarket

Type of shops – more small independent shops, deli’s, organic, bakery, butcher, fishmonger. V little choice at moment. Need to attract more affluent shopper.
Question 4f. Specific aspects – amount and use of pavement space
Pavements – pavement size OK, but stones need replacing and driveways improved like the Council did in N14 and N21. Tarmac needs replacing on nrailway bridge at end of fox lane and corregated fence needs urgent paint

Triangle- sort out old public toilets, either use or close safely. More greenery

Greenery – more planters and greenery needed.
