The variety of shops; the variety of people living here (families, older people, young professionals, etc).

Parts of Green Lanes are quite run down / feel a bit unsafe at times (e.g opposite the Fox). - Fair amount of day time drinkers hanging around between the Alfred Herring and the Fox pubs – can make the area unpleasant with children.

Ensure safety and less anti-social behaviour on Green Lanes, especially daytime drinking.

Could do with another crossing point across Green Lanes between the Fox pub and Hedge lane. Also the crossing at Hedge Lane is very pedestrian unfriendly.
