Question 1. What do think is good about the area?

Pleasant streets with trees. View of the park from Aldermans Hill. Good, well-kept houses with character. A safe feeling. Reasonable shops, not all national/international chains.

Too much traffic and too many parked cars. Too many gardens paved over. Trees pollarded to within an inch of their lives.

A 20 mph zone (ideally for the whole borough[/London?]). Streets where people can interact without getting run over.
