The sessions are suitable for everyone and will include yoga practice and meditation, followed by a coaching session. Step up and experience the difference!

We have a full program pack with some more information. This challenge extends past a 1-hour class, where a key principle is to encourage yoga to be taken as part of the day-to-day life.

Another important principle that we are trying to encourage is to take the practice further; independently, and this is why we have 5 Zoom classes and 2 self-practices where we send a unique set class to complete. For the timings that people cannot make, we will provide you with a self-practice class. We also offer an additional coaching session that is optional to take in the week. The timings for the classes are;

  • Saturday 10.15 - 11.15am - Vinyasa Flow
  • Sunday 10 - 11am - Surya Namaskar Discipline  (Sun Salutations)
  • Monday 7.45 - 8.45am - Slow Flow & Meditation
  • Tuesday 8-9am - Morning Flow
  • Wednesday - Self - practice and 30 minutes personal coaching (time tbc with each attendee)
  • Thursday - 6.30-7.30pm - Hatha Yoga
  • Friday - Self - practice and 30 minutes personal coaching (time tbc with each attendee)

Further to the classes, we will communicate daily (via email and coaching) with a short reflection exercise fto complete. All the information will be in the pack.
