Healthwatch Enfield Listens

We recently heard from young people in Enfield that finding mental health services can be confusing. Many weren't sure what support was available or how to access it. In response, Healthwatch Enfield is proud to launch our new Mental Health Guide for Young People.

Made by Young People, for Young People

This guide isn't just another handout. We worked directly with young people in Enfield to understand their needs. With help from ECC Young Carers, the LGBT Network, and YCNN, we held focus groups to ensure the guide has the information you're looking for. We also partnered with ECYPS who held focus groups for us to gather even more insights from young people.

Get the Support You Deserve

While some services may have wait times, this guide is a starting point to connect you with organisations that can help on your mental health journey.
