Healthwatch Enfield have been asked by Enfield Council to find out what users think about adult social care services provided in the borough - in particular, your experience of the Integrated Discharge Team, Carers and Family Support and the Integrated Learning Disability team. They are also interested in any feedback you would like to give them about other council adult and social care services.
